How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are controlled by Apple or Google Play. On iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions and cancel the relevant app. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile icon, go to Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
Can Ficomod cancel my subscription for me?
No. App store subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google. We can help point you to the right place, but cancellation must be completed through the app store account used to subscribe.
How do I ask for my account to be deleted?
If the app has an account area, check the app settings first. You can also email [email protected] with the app name and your request.
