Welcome to Ficomod. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use our website or mobile apps. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms apply to visitors to our website and users of our mobile apps. Our Privacy Policy also applies and explains how information may be collected and used.
Use of our services
- Eligibility: you must be at least 13 years old to use our services, unless a specific app states a different age requirement.
- Accounts: some apps may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account details secure.
- Responsible use: you must not misuse our apps, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the services or use them unlawfully.
User content
Some apps may allow you to submit text, images, feedback or other content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Ficomod the limited rights needed to process, display, store or transmit that content so the app can provide the requested functionality.
You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that it does not infringe rights, break the law or contain harmful material.
Subscriptions and purchases
Some apps may offer subscriptions, in-app purchases or paid features. Purchases are processed by the relevant app store, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed through the app store account used to make the purchase.
You are responsible for cancelling subscriptions before renewal if you no longer wish to continue. Deleting an app or account does not automatically cancel an active app store subscription.
Refunds
Refunds for Apple App Store purchases are handled by Apple through its refund process. Refunds for Google Play purchases are handled by Google through its refund process. Ficomod cannot directly reverse app store charges unless the relevant platform provides a mechanism for us to do so.
Where an app store asks us for information to help assess a refund request, we may provide relevant usage or consumption information where permitted by law and platform rules.
Privacy and data
We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that information may be processed for the purposes described there.
Account management
If an app includes account functionality, you may be able to update or delete your account within the app. Some apps do not require accounts and may store data only locally on your device.
Account deletion requests can also be sent to info@ficomod.com. Please include the app name so we can identify the relevant service.
Intellectual property
Our apps, website, designs, code, branding, text and other materials are owned by Ficomod or licensed to us unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our materials except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
Third-party services
Our apps may rely on third-party platforms or services, including app stores, analytics tools, advertising networks, payment processors, hosting providers, AI or content processing services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies may apply.
Availability and changes
We may update, suspend, remove or change any app, website feature or service at any time. We aim to keep our services reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ficomod will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity arising from your use of our apps or website.
Our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
